Appointment Booking

• Consultation fee:
  For all permanent makeup procedures, there is no charge for a consultation.  However, a credit card number is required to hold the appointment time.
• All appointments totalling $100 or more, including all Permanent Makeup appointments, require a credit card number to book the appointment.  The card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation without a 24 hour cancellation notice or there is a no show for the appointment.
• 24 hour notice required to cancel or change appointments.  For cancellations without 24 hour notice or no shows to the schedule appointment, the fee is 50% of the scheduled service fee and will be charged to the credit card used to hold the appointment time.
• For Permanent Makeup, there may be a follow-up/touch up appointment required.  First touch up, within a one month period, is complimentary.  Each additional touch up is priced seperate from initial application pricing.  
• Maintenance / Touch-up procedures may need to be performed to keep results optimal.
• Prices on all services subject to change without notice. 
  All permanent makeup fees listed above are minimum charges.  Final fees will be determined during each consultation.
• Referral program is available.

HB Skin Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy with no exceptions. This is a standard policy HB Skin Spa has created as a courtesy to our other clients and our skin care therapists who work strictly on commissions and can not afford income losses.  If you are a no show or have not given a 24 hour cancellation notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee either upon your next visit or to the credit card number given to hold the appointment time.  Any services totalling $100 or more will require a credit card number to secure the appointment.  No charge will be placed on the card until the services have been performed.  You may choose your method of payment at the time of the appointment.  Major credit cards accepted and payment plans available.

Any cancellation or no show without 24 hour notice for ANY permanent makeup procedure, it is 1/2 of the fee for the actual procedure or $75 fee for a touch up appointment.
